Our lawyers are actively involved in major class action antitrust litigation, in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and in other courts. We served as court-appointed, lead counsel in In re: Refrigerant Compressors Antitrust Litigation, before Judge Sean F. Cox in the Eastern District of Michigan, and as court-appointed co-lead counsel in the Enbridge Oil Spill Class Action litigation before Judge Gordon Quist in the Western District of Michigan. We were also been appointed Interim Liaison Counsel in the In re: Michigan Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation – Direct Purchasers.

Fink Bressack currently serves as liaison counsel for the Direct Purchaser Plaintiffs in the In re: Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation case currently pending before Judge Marianne O. Battani in the Eastern District of Michigan. The Automotive Parts case arises from a massive U.S. Department of Justice investigation into allegations of bid rigging and price fixing in the auto parts industry.

Working with lead counsel, Fink Bressack has successfully recovered over $100 million for direct purchasers of various automotive parts, including wire harnesses, instrument panel clusters, heater control panels, occupant safety systems, and bearings.
