Nathan J. Fink, Esq. of Fink + Associates Law was elected President of the American Constitution Society’s Michigan Chapter (ACS).
Nate is a litigation associate at Fink + Associates Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, where he served as Vice President of the Michigan Student Assembly. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School, where he was Associate Editor of the Wayne Law Review.
Nate has been honored as a Rising Star in Michigan Super Lawyers magazine on an annual basis since 2013. Nate was also recognized as one of DBusiness Magazine’s Top Lawyers in both 2017 and 2018. In 2017, he was one of thirty Michigan attorneys selected by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as an Up and Coming Lawyer. Nate is also a Co-Chair of the Eastern District of Michigan Federal Bar Association Rules Committee.
Nate explained that he is committed to ACS because he shares its values. Nate commented that “the American Constitution Society is dedicated to advancing the fundamental values of our Constitution. It supports civil rights, civil liberties, equality and equal access to justice. Most importantly, the ACS supports the rule of law and the equal application of our laws to everyone in our society.”
