Michigan Lawyers Weekly Recognizes Philip D.W. Miller as a Go-To Business Litigation Lawyer

Fink Bressack is proud to announce that partner Philip D.W. Miller has been recognized by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as one of the publication’s 2025 Go-To Business Litigation Lawyers.

Being named one of Weekly’s Go-To Business Litigation Lawyers is an honor reserved for attorneys who demonstrate exceptional skill, leadership, and proven results in the field of business litigation.

Michigan Lawyers Weekly defines a “Go-To Lawyer” as:

  • A lawyer who is an expert in their field, well-versed in the nuances of the case law, statutes and regulations clients will encounter.
  • A lawyer who is experienced and enjoys a record of success, with many cases that give testimony to the quality advice the lawyer can provide.
  • A lawyer to whom other lawyers make referrals because of their experience and accomplishments.
  • A lawyer who can think creatively and identify all options for a client.
  • A lawyer you would name when a friend from another state calls because they have a client who needs legal help in Michigan.

This award highlights Philip’s extensive experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes and reinforces his standing as a trusted advocate in Michigan’s business litigation landscape.

This achievement reflects Philip’s courtroom success as well as his strategic counsel in high stakes matters involving corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions litigation, securities class actions, partnership disputes, environmental litigation and regulatory enforcement. His ability to navigate complicated financial and corporate issues makes him a sought-after business litigation lawyer for companies and individuals across Michigan and beyond.
