Students at The Ohio State University are not protected by lawsuits filed against other schools.
Fink Bressack, a leading class action law firm, has filed lawsuits against many schools, including University of Toledo, Michigan State University, and University of Michigan, seeking a refund for tuition and fees paid for the semester interrupted by COVID-19. “Students and their parents paid for in person classroom education, with labs and hands-on experience, but for half of the semester they have been receiving the type of online education that should cost far less.
